Seppun plot

A man brutally murders a family for no apparent reason. He makes sure to get caught while this is broadcast live on national television. A young woman with no pleasure and purpose in her life sees the broadcast and falls in love with the killer at first sight. She arranges a meeting in prison with the killer and they realize they were made for each other. Or are they not?
