The young Phyllis Holmes is a domestic type. One day she is seriously injured in a car accident. When Phyllis finally wakes up in the hospital, she is very surprised to find that plastic surgeon Dr. Vaughn has transformed her into a true beauty. When Phyllis learns that a mysterious benefactor has paid for her surgery, she scrambles to find out who he is and why he did it.
