River Returns plot
In the summer of 1958, a fishing village is regularly hit by typhoons. The boy Yucha is told the legend of the flood in which the heartbroken girl Oyo drowned herself in the river. Since then, her grief has been said to cause major flooding. When a new typhoon threatens, Yucha heads to the river from the legend in the hope of stopping the natural disaster.
