Regine plot

Frank returns to his homeland as an engineer, falls in love with Regine, his uncle's maid, and marries her. Thanks to the intrigues of Floris, rejected by Frank, Regine is suspected of having an affair with another man. Depressed and desperate, she plans to commit suicide. Will Frank be able to save her from this?
