Pouta plot

Czechoslovakia 1982, the totalitarian regime seems indestructible and unbeatable. Antonín, a member of the secret police, is a nasty, almost psychopathic man, overflowing with anger and despair. He directs it at the young woman Klára, not out of love or passion, but out of sheer boredom. His absurd attempts to win her over bring him into conflict not only with the enemies of the regime, but also with his own people.
