Postel plot
Luboš Erna's life on earth is over. From the security of his urn he looks back on the dominant influence that women had on him. The bed is the place that connects him from the afterlife to the world of the living. Luboš was conceived in the bed, he was born there, he died there. He hid under the sheets, came to rest and, like everyone else, slept in them. The only difference was that in Luboš's world women ruled: mothers and teachers, real women and dream women, women born of adolescent fantasies and bizarre erotic visions. Men were never more than shadows in this female-dominated dream world.
