Peepli (Live) plot
The two poor farmers Natha and Budhia lose their land because they have not paid a loan. They are desperate and seek help from a local politician. He advises them to commit suicide so that their families can benefit from a government program that helps families of deceased farmers. But when a journalist gets involved, the decisions made are once again called into question.
