Ohan plot

Set in the Meiji period (1868-1912), "Ohan" is about the dutiful and prudish geisha Ohan (Sayuri Yoshinaga) whose husband Kokichi (Koji Ishizaka) leaves her for the enchanting and ambitious geisha Okayo (Reiko Ôhara). Ohan does not tell her husband that she is pregnant with him and divorces him at her mother's insistence. Their paths do not cross for 7 years, but then, due to the strong mutual attraction, their clandestine gatherings lead to a renewed ecstasy.
