"She's got her hands full of TROUBLE adopting this dirty-faced "angel"."

Two newspaper reporters, Thomas "Breezy" Elliott and Jane Morgan, accidentally send a boy named Mickey Fallon to reform school after they write an exposé about the illegal slot machine circuit for which the boy was a spotter. Jane feels guilty and convinces Thomas that they should get married and adopt Mickey so they can get him out of reform school.
