Nihon no Higeki plot

Fujio Murai is told he has lung cancer. The surgeon tells him to have surgery on his wife's death day, but Fujio refuses and returns home with his son Yoshio. His daughter-in-law and granddaughter are missing after the 2010 earthquake and tsunami. Fujio panics and locks himself in his room, saying he wants to be mummified there. His son Yoshio tries to stop him from doing so.
