Never Sleeps plot

A forty-year-old man delivers packages to cities around the world. After running these courier services in Berlin, London, Barcelona and Reykjavik, he lands in New York for a similar mission, only to find that his client has died. This unexpected news means he has to wait, which thwarts his usual ritual of taking a plane, taxi or subway, arriving at the client, handing over the package and then heading out for the next job. Sleepless, as his fatigue grows, he passes a female hotel employee. An encounter that further upsets his strictly timed habits and actually he couldn't handle any more unexpected events...
