Nashim plot

Jerusalem in the early twentieth century. After 14 years, the marriage between Rebecca and her husband Rabbi Jacob is still childless. Relying on the Torah, Rebecca suggests that her husband take a second wife to ensure posterity. Finally, Jacob agrees and marries 18-year-old Sultana, a daughter of his wife's friend. But soon Rebecca's raging jealousy makes the love triangle untenable.
