N.O.I.R. plot

Gaddafi, a 26-year-old Algerian rapper, ex-member of a street gang and father of a son, comes out of prison and wants to settle down. Fleur, a young Haitian mother of 17, lives in a conflicted relationship with her mother. She dreams of becoming a sister. Suzie is a 20-year-old white dancer who falls in love with Evans, a dark mobster. Their relationship takes an unexpected turn. And finally Dickens, 16. He wants to join the gang that his brother is in charge of, but his brother won't give him that entry.
