Mon Ami plot

In an alley in Beb Assel, a district in the medina of Tunis, Idrissa, a student, returns home after an exhausting day at the university. As he walks through his neighborhood, he sees an old man, Hassen, sitting in front of the boarding house where Idrissa is staying. His knee is covered in blood, and he appears to need help. Passersby walk past him without even glancing at him, assuming he is homeless or drunk. Idrissa walks up to him and decides to help him.
