Three cars, three stories. A trip to Berlin. On a summer Friday evening, Peter collects his two fellow passengers Carolin and Hidal at the carpool center. As a swimwear salesman, Peter travels from one city to another, with a few passengers providing a pleasant diversion for him on the long journey. Simultaneously, in a parking garage in Kassel, Sylvester and Fabian get into Katherina's car. Fabian wants to escape the bustle of the clubs in Berlin for a weekend and go in search of his first love in the countryside. During a stopover just a few kilometers away, Loubelle and her daughter Rosa take a break. Actually, Loubelle does not take hitchhikers on principle, but today she makes an exception for once...
