Man Friday plot

Robinson Crusoe (Peter O'Toole) is stranded on a remote island, where he meets native Friday (Richard Roundtree). Crusoe makes it his mission to convert Friday to Christianity, but Friday's tribe stands against him. If they enslave Crusoe, it is necessary for him to gain the trust of the tribe.
