"JOHN HOWARD - Outstanding romantic find of "Lost Heiress""
dr. Paul Martin (John Howard) wants to make major medical changes in the community. However, he is opposed in this by Pete Lindsey (Edward Ellis), the leader of a corrupt political movement. Lindsey's cunning political game has made the city a hotbed of public health hazards, with no one except Martin having the power or courage to do anything about it. When one of Lindsey's deathbed judges confesses, Martin is finally able to face his opponents.
