La Visione del Sabba plot

Newly promoted psychiatrist David must pass judgment on young Sabba, who is on trial for the murder of a forest ranger. She claims to be a witch and possessed by the devil. Immediately after his first meeting with her, David changes. He begins to ignore his beautiful young wife Christina and loses himself in daydreams and hallucinations in which he participates in cross-examinations about faith and erotic witchcraft circles.
