Kukuli plot

Young llama herder Kukuki leaves her grandparents in the countryside to attend a party in a city. Along the way, she meets the mestizo Alaku, who has just lost his land. He seduces her and they decide to have a trial marriage. They come across a magician who has a llama carcass hanging in front of his house. The mage reads to the couple of coca leaves and determines that Alaku has no home and they are in the company of death. Filled with terror, the two make their way to the party in town...
