Kranti plot
The British did not give India its independence on a silver platter. Independence was the result of a long and bloody struggle. “Kranti” is the story of how two men became soldiers in that struggle. Sangha is an honest and dedicated worker in the kingdom of Ramgarh, who is loyal and faithful to no one except Raja Laxman Singh. When Laxman Singh conditionally grants the British permission to use the port for trading purposes, Sangha discovers that the British are taking gold and jewels and bringing in ammunition. He goes to report this misdeed to Laxman Singh, but discovers that he has been stabbed to death and is himself accused of treason and murder.
