Kein Wort plot

Nina is a talented conductor preparing for a concert. However, during a rehearsal she hears the news that her teenage son Lars has been injured at school. Nina takes him to an island. In the midst of storms, they are cut off from the outside world and Lars's disturbing behavior also worries Nina. The continued silence turns into misunderstandings and Nina becomes paranoid.
