Karoshi plot

Lucas Rêves is a car mechanic who is stuck in his profession as a car mechanic. Lucas is fascinated by surgery, but has never had the chance to specialize in it. One day, when a mysterious figure named Gregoire hits a woman for his business, Lucas gets the chance to make his dream come true.
