Karmele plot

Basque Country, 1937. When war breaks out, Karmele and her family are forced from their home and flee to France, where she connects with the Basque Cultural Embassy in Exile, which uses music and dance to fight the war. There she meets and falls in love with Txomin, a professional trumpet player. After living in Venezuela for a time, the couple returns home hoping to reclaim everything that was taken from them.
