Jatun Auka plot

The subject of this print is a peasant revolt in Latin America. A small farmer complains to his landlord, Carlilles, that his bull has been stolen, rightly accuses his landlord of stealing and selling the ox, and is finally beheaded. The farming community revolts, captures the landowner and brings him to justice. The judiciary releases him and throws some farmers in jail. The community cannot accept this but does not know how to organize itself.
