Inside Out plot
Pilot Norman lives with his wife and son Obert in the ideal neighborhood. Nice and quiet, friendly neighbours, everything is going according to plan. But then the psychiatrist Dr. Peoples living in the district. His bizarre behavior changes everything. In the middle of the night he is mowing his lawn, the noise of sex and violence can be heard from his cellar. dr. Peoples knows how to play the entire neighborhood off against each other. He charms the women and the men try everything to get rid of him.
