Het Phoenix Mysterie plot

The young Egyptian architect Alhamy Albakry comes to the Netherlands to try his luck. He receives a major assignment from the municipality of Tilburg to design a huge office complex. Soon the permitted budget seems to grow disproportionately and the aldermen do not see much in the architect's design. To alderman Natasja Merckelbach to personally intervene in the matter and to look for a compromise with the architect.
