Het Front plot

Dutch-Kurdish Ceylan leads the perfect life and has a nice boyfriend, Bastiaan. However, the war in her homeland demands her attention. She can no longer watch the misery on TV without taking action. She prepares to leave for Iraq, where she wants to join the Peshmerga to fight against Islamic State. First she has to say goodbye to her beloved, who doesn't want her to go. Will she overcome her inner struggle?
