Helmut plot

After 25 years, world-famous painter Helmut Ditsch returns to the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, where his life and career first took flight. Tormented by the loss of his muse and wife Marion—and the untimely death of his mother Inge—Helmut confronts his past through memories, visions, and art. In the solemn halls where it all began, he begins a monumental painting, reawakening hidden emotions and vague apparitions of the two women who shaped his soul.
