Hawaii plot
Romania during Ceausescu's communist rule. Andrei and his father Vasile receive an inheritance of three million dollars from abroad in a country where owning one dollar can cause serious problems. They are trying to obtain travel documents to Yugoslavia in order to be able to claim the money. A cat-and-mouse game with the Secret Service ensues.
