Happy Face plot
Nineteen-year-old Stan dons a disguise and goes to a therapy session where people with deformities come together. The therapy is Stan's way of getting closer to his estranged mother, but the impostor is literally exposed. Stan tries to make a deal with the affected participants. If he teaches them how to feel good, he may continue to attend the sessions.
