Billy Williams is an American drifter who ends up on the Spanish island of Ibiza. He gets into trouble when his mother decides not to send him any more money. Billy comes into contact with Eric, the charismatic leader - who is also a drug dealer - of a group of beatniks. Eric leads Billy into a web of criminal activity and eventually Billy gets involved in a murder.
