Gua Sha plot
When the sick son of a young Chinese couple in the US has been treated in an alternative Chinese way by his grandfather, an American doctor wrongly suspects that the boy has been mistreated. The Chinese medicines cause a red rash on the skin, which is misinterpreted by his teacher. All this leads to the necessary misunderstandings.
