Furusato plot

Because a dam will be built deep in the mountains of Japan, all farmers will have to relocate. The 78-year-old Denzo does not want this. His son and daughter-in-law think Denzo is senile. Only a little boy, Sentaro, understands the old man. Since both are fond of fishing, they become friends and they often go out together. However, the day when the village must be abandoned for good is fast approaching.
