Four Feathers plot

Harry Faversham is a British army officer who refuses to avenge the death of a legendary general who was assassinated some ten years ago. He is given three feathers by his officers in return. When his fiancée does not defend his position, he also plucks a feather from her fan. Harry then sets out to prove his courage by saving his comrades from potentially dangerous and life-threatening situations near enemy lines in North Africa. He plans to return each of the feathers later as proof of his redemption and courage.
