Forma plot

Ayako lives with her father in a small flat in Tokyo. While walking home from the office one day, she happens to see her former classmate Yukari listlessly directing traffic at a construction site: an extremely boring job. Ayako immediately offers Yukari a job at her office. But it soon becomes apparent that the new job is equally boring, even humiliating. Moreover, Ayako, who is now her immediate superior, begins to treat her very critically and condescendingly. Were they really that good friends ten years ago?
