Nicole Diamond is a successful model. Nicole moves into their new home with her fiancé named Scotty Dee. While driving through a remote area, they have an accident with their car, which ends up upside down. Nicole and Scotty are stuck, realizing that the chance of passersby is slim. In a desperate attempt, Nicole calls a random number. It is taken in by Casey, who at first glance seems to be helpful. But it soon becomes apparent that Casey is pretending to be different than he is.
