Finlandia plot
A devastating earthquake hits Oaxaca, causing many casualties. The shocks are felt all over Mexico, and the emotional shocks as far as Finland. The consequences are greatest for the Muxes, people with the traditional third gender, and non-binary people. This is the premise for this film, in which we follow a group of Muxes who earn a living by making traditional dresses and caring for their elders. The outside world invades in the form of fashion designers from Europe, who want to plagiarize the motifs of their robes.
