Final Assignment plot

Nicole is a Canadian journalist who is sent to the former USSR. She is there to report on a visit by the Canadian Prime Minister. But in the meantime, she discovers an unethical experiment on children using steroids. She also becomes involved in smuggling a girl away, in connection with brain surgery. A Jewish businessman she knows also happens to be in Russia and asks him to help her in the attempt to smuggle the girl away.
