Fedora plot

Princess Fedora and Prince Vladimir are about to get married, but the day before the wedding, the Prince is murdered. Fedora solemnly swears in front of his father that she will avenge the death of her betrothed. She gets some vague leads and starts an investigation into the perpetrators. After unsuccessful attempts in different countries, Fedora arrives in Paris where she falls in love with a Russian painter. But coincidentally, that man is the murderer.
