Fate to Love plot

Identical twins Tony and Lewis live with a couple consisting of Ana and Paul. Tony has feelings of hatred and anger towards Lewis. Ana is the nurturing and protective type and Paul feels unrequited love for Lewis. When Tony dies, Lewis feels liberated.
