Fabled plot

"There once was a wolf named Lupold..."

Joseph's girlfriend just broke up with him, and he's not taking it very well. He thinks his girlfriend and his psychiatrist are plotting against him, and his dog has disappeared and he thinks his colleagues from work are behind it. And then he still feels guilty about something that happened in the past, and then there are also monsters trying to kill him. It then becomes too much for him, and he gets crazier and crazier and he still tries to stay normal, but it is of little use.
