Dragonfly plot
The neighbors Colleen and Elsie are both tormented women. Colleen witnesses a lack of care given to the elderly Elsie. She then decides to take care of the lady herself. However, it is questionable whether Colleen has sincere intentions.

A reasonably strong drama. The story is intense, realistic, and true to life. The execution is very good. The film about loneliness meanders along quietly without becoming boring, and there is a constant, subtle tension. Towards the final quarter, the tension builds further towards an ending that goes just a little too far. That could have been a bit more restrained. The two lead actresses deliver rock-solid performances. Visually, the film is also successful with realistic styling that fits the story well. 4.0
