Down Home plot
To support herself and her constantly drunk father, Nance Pelot plays the piano at the dodgy local inn. Chet Todd has a crush on her, but because of the work she does, Chet's mother believes that Nance is not enough for her son. But then Nance inherits a farm that her employer has set his sights on.
