Die Patriarchin plot

Nina Vandenberg is all alone in the rubble of her life. Her alcohol addiction has isolated her from her family and her husband Gero is killed in a plane crash. However, this is not all. Her husband, a Hamburg coffee roaster, had clearly embezzled a large portion of their proceeds. The battered widow suddenly becomes a prime suspect in a money swindle, before the Treasury Department and the Public Prosecutor.
