Die Lewe sonder Jou plot

Fisherman Koos and his nineteen-year-old daughter Patrys lead an idyllic life in a small fishing village on the west coast of the Cape. They don't have much money, but they have each other. However, their peaceful and contented life is shattered when Patrys falls in love with a rich and sophisticated young man and moves in with him in Johannesburg. Koos is devastated by a life without his little girl.
