Die Bettelprinzess plot

More tolerated than loved, the young orphan Liselotte grows up as a foster child in the barony of Bodenhausen. No one knows that the girl, mocked as a "beggar princess" is in reality of noble birth. Liselotte is the granddaughter of Count Hochberg Lindeck, who disowned his son because of his marriage to a commoner. Meanwhile, Liselotte has grown into a beautiful young lady and the time has come to provide for her own livelihood.
