Der Letzte Mieter plot
The last unrenovated building in a trendy Berlin neighborhood is abandoned. The previous tenants are leaving, but Dietmar refuses to budge. His son Tobias tries to convince him to move to a social housing unit. However, his father resists and the situation between Tobias, his father and the real estate agent of the building, who happens to be there, escalates and gets completely out of hand.
