Der Einbruch plot

The story is about a forty-year-old single woman, a translator by trade, who catches a burglar at night who is as distraught as she is. They establish a relationship with each other. The woman gets caught up in his milieu and neglects her work. She unwittingly becomes part of a long-prepared blow that the villain wants to strike, and he turns out to be far more cunning than she could ever have imagined.
