Tom Weston is dissatisfied with the unexciting life he leads. Day in, day out, he delivers the same ready-made meals, comes home to his wife and goes on the couch to watch TV. He wants to do something more with his life, but doesn't know what. Then he meets the young and naive Bobbie and starts a relationship with her. He goes so far as to marry her, despite his marriage to Nancy. He even brings her in under false pretenses. Then the moment comes when he decides to kill Nancy. However, the police get wind of the matter and mess up his plan. Tom hires a hit man, but instead of Nancy, Bobbie is now the target.
