"When a secret dies with a man... he can never rest in peace."
Expedition leader Raymond (Lance Henriksen) slips a precious Mayan gem into his own pockets and tells his ruthless employer Elise (Maud Adams) that the journey has come to naught and all the expedition members are gone or dead. Elise doesn't believe him, but before she has the chance, Raymond is killed in a traffic accident. The hunt is on for the Mayan treasure, but anyone who thinks he's got it will meet their fate.
